Who we are
Ticket2Calendar is a free service that turns travel bookings into calendar events. This policy explains what we do (and don't do) with your data, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we process
When you upload or paste a booking, we send the content to an AI provider to extract event details (date, time, venue). We do not store the file or the extracted data on our servers — once the .ics is generated, it's gone.
Cookies & local storage
We use a small number of cookies and localStorage entries: a strictly necessary one to remember your cookie choice, your language preference, and — only if you opt in — analytics or marketing cookies. We never set non-essential cookies before you consent.
Categories
Strictly necessary: site functionality and your consent record. Analytics: anonymous, aggregated usage data (only with your consent). Marketing: campaign measurement and relevant content (only with your consent).
Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, rectify, erase or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Since we don't store bookings or accounts, most of these don't generate data on our side — but you can change your cookie choice any time via the footer link.
